Overview
My role as a Marketing VP in InnoD involved spearheading the visual design and strategy behind Fall 2023’s Recruitment campaign across 4 weeks. In addition, I led the coordination of 5 designers on our Marketing Team to complete our deliverables.
THE OBJECTIVEAs InnoD’s in-house marketing team, we were tasked with creating the assets and deliverables for the campaign— the campaign logo, print flyers, and Instagram posts that increased applications by 18% compared to the past two semesters.
